§ 4 Providing Information Necessary for Preparing an Offer

When using Certiget services, the user agrees to provide complete and truthful information necessary for preparing an offer.
Data Transfer: As part of the service, Certiget transfers data contained in the form and the details necessary for preparing the offer to companies (certification bodies, consulting companies, training companies). If the user disagrees with the transfer of data, they should opt out of the service.
Responsibility for Data After Transfer: After transferring the data, the certification body, consulting company, or training company becomes the data administrator, including personal data. Certiget is not responsible for the further processing of this data unless it processes it itself within its operations.

§ 5 Certification Body Profiles

The registry of certification bodies is created in good faith, based on publicly available and reliable sources of information, such as websites, search engines, and public databases. The service administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in the registry, entered by them, is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

Certiget allows certification bodies to create and manage their profiles on the platform.

Profiles of companies that have purchased a collaboration package can be expanded and updated by these bodies according to their needs.

Profiles of certification bodies that have not purchased a collaboration package remain in the registry mode, with their content being supplemented by Certiget based on information available on the bodies' websites and other sources.

Profiles include information about the scope of activities, offered certifications, experience, and contact details.

Certiget makes efforts to ensure that the information in the profiles is up-to-date and accurate, but it is not responsible for the truthfulness of the information if it comes directly from the certification bodies.

A certification body whose profile was added to the registry based on publicly available information (e.g., from search engines, websites) and has not previously agreed to have its data included in the registry, has the right to request the removal of its profile. If such a request is made, the certification body’s profile will be changed to “profile removed upon the body’s request” mode. In this mode, the content of the profile will be masked, leaving only the first letter of the body's name and a note stating that the profile was removed upon request. The request for profile removal should be sent via email or through the contact form available on the website, and the service administrator will take appropriate steps to fulfill the request within 7 business days.

§ 6 Reviews in Certification Body Profiles

Users have the ability to add reviews regarding their cooperation with certification bodies.
Reviews should be based on actual experiences and cannot contain offensive, false, or illegal content.
The email address provided when submitting the review is not publicly available or shared with the certification body.
Certiget may randomly verify the content of reviews, especially negative ones, to confirm their authenticity. The email provided in the review form will be used for this purpose.
Certification bodies with an active cooperation package can respond to user comments. The response from the body will be sent to the author of the review.
For profiles of bodies without an active package, only the latest 4 reviews are displayed. Additional reviews are recorded in the system but are not visible until the user purchases a package that allows full profile management.
Reviews posted after exceeding the limit: a) If a review has a rating equal to or lower than the average rating of the body, it will be published on the profile.
b) If a review has a rating higher than the average rating of the body, it will not be published, and the body will be notified of a new positive review with information on how to unlock it by purchasing a package.
User reviews that violate the terms or good manners may be moderated or deleted by Certiget.

§ 7 Cooperation with Certiget – Partnering Organizations

Certiget cooperates with certification bodies, consulting, and training companies to provide users with current and attractive implementation, certification, and training offers.
