W tym roku nastąpiła zmiana firmy certyfikującej (na kilka dni przed audytem nieakceptowalna, niepoparta rozsądną argumentacją podwyżka bez uprzedzenia), czego nie powinno się stosować po wieloletniej dobrej współpracy.
SZOK pozytywny – audytorka traktuje audyt jako receptę na rozwój i doskonalenie SZJ. Każda uwaga poparta podstawą prawną, wiedzą z epidemiologii i BHP (tego nikt z nas nie lubi), prawem, a przede wszystkim długoletnią praktyką – "doświadczenie jest sumą popełnionych błędów, a SZJ jest po to, żeby ich w przyszłości unikać".
Bez względu na wynik audytu owocny czas, motywujący kadrę zarządzającą i pozostałych współpracowników.
Gorąco polecam.

Pozytywnie zaskoczeni jesteśmy podejściem personelu jak i auditorów. Szybka reakcja na wszystkie nasze prośby i auditor który nie tylko rozumie specyfikę naszej branży, ale też jest ludzki i można z nim dojść do porozumienia.
Pierwszy raz nie czułam się jak na kontroli :)
