PUBLIC METHODOLOGY

How is the “Recommended by Clients 2026” distinction awarded?

01

At least 10 qualifying reviews

02

At least 10 different clients or organisations

03

Overall average of at least 4.50 / 5.00

04

No identified attempts to manipulate reviews or other irregularities that could affect the outcome.

The distinction cannot be bought and does not depend on a certification body’s Certiget profile type.

An Enhanced Profile provides no advantage. Commercial cooperation does not affect qualification, and a basic profile may receive the distinction. The “Yes — I recommend” response is not a 2026 criterion because historical reviews do not contain that field. New recommendation data will support the development of future editions.

DEFINITION

What is a recommended certification body?

A Certiget recommended certification body is an organisation that has met the programme’s public criteria based on client experience, ratings and data checks.

The distinction describes clients’ experience of cooperation and the certification process. It is not an accreditation, certificate, formal assessment of competence by Certiget or paid recommendation.

BETTER DECISIONS

How to choose a certification body

When choosing a certification body, check its accreditation, certification scope, experience, client reviews, available dates and offer terms. Also consider process organisation and compare the full offer: scope, audit time, conditions and price as one part of the decision — not the only one.

DATA QUALITY

How does Certiget qualify reviews for the distinction?

Before publication, Certiget checks whether a review follows the Service rules and concerns a genuine experience with a certification body. Where necessary, Certiget may request additional information to help confirm its credibility. Publication does not automatically mean that a review will be included when awarding the distinction.

After the edition closes, Certiget assesses reviews and body data against the programme’s public criteria. Qualification uses information available when the relevant edition closes.
