Sprawne planowanie audytu, przebieg również. Jednakże sam efekt końcowy nie do końca spełniający oczekiwania organizacji. Pomimo identyfikacji obszarów wymagających korekt, raporty tego nie odzwierciedlały.
Mając na uwadze ciągłe doskonalenie można było odczuć pewien niedosyt.

Raz miałem do czynienia z Dekrą podczas audytu ISO 9001 w branży medycznej w Elblągu u klienta, który już miał certyfikowany system. Na początku miałem pewne obawy, ale niepotrzebnie – wszystko przebiegło profesjonalnie. Certyfikat został przedłużony.

Jednostka i audytorzy wykazują się się profesjonalizmem i wysokim poziomem kompetencji. Audyt jest dokładny, a zalecenia do doskonalenia konkretne. Nie "czepiają się".
