Firma certyfikująca z tradycjami, bardzo wymagająca. Profesjonalni auditorzy, przygotowanie i prowadzenie auditów bez zarzutu.

Bardzo ciężki kontakt z obsługą klienta. Popełniają błędy. Nie przesyłają planów na poszczególne audyty. Audytorzy przyjaźni, ale za bardzo chcą postawić na swoim co zakrawa o wymyślanie.

Jednostka z tradycjami. Mają dość specyficzne podejście do planowania kolejnych auditów recertyfikujących co wynika z kontraktów zawieranych na czas nieokreślony. Audity recertyfikujące planowane są przy okazji auditu w nadzorze nr 2. Niby wszystko OK, ale jeśli po 3 latach nastąpi zmiana jednostki lub rezygnacja z certyfikacji to taka czynność auditora jest daremna. Lepiej byłoby otrzymywać szczegółowy plan auditu recertyfikującego 2 m-ce przed tym auditem, a nie 12 m-cy wcześniej.
