Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based food safety and brand standards audits across Romania.
• Assess operational consistency and practical implementation of brand standards.
• Review food safety practices and operational execution in real locations.
• Engage with local teams and provide practical feedback to strengthen standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support team awareness and execution.
• Travel between project sites and work independently.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of: food safety, quality management or operations.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, quick-service restaurants (QSR) or food production is relevant.
• Background in audits, inspections, compliance checks or on-site team coaching is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, people-oriented approach.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently across different locations.
