EQS International is seeking an experienced Danish-speaking Food Safety & Quality Auditor for a remote supplier audit project.

The assignment focuses on evaluating food supplier quality and safety controls against IFS requirements. The audit will be conducted remotely, with the schedule agreed directly with the supplier.

Cooperation is flexible and project-based. EQS International aims to deliver meaningful supplier audits that support continuous improvement beyond compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a remote supplier quality and food safety audit based on IFS requirements.
• Review food safety controls and relevant supplier processes.
• Identify and document non-conformities.
• Prepare a comprehensive audit report within 24 hours of audit completion.
• Agree the audit schedule directly with the supplier.

Requirements

• Experience as a food safety or quality auditor.
• Strong knowledge of IFS requirements and food manufacturing processes.
• Professional fluency in Danish.
• Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• A practical, risk-based approach to auditing.
